What are the purchase prices?

We discuss them in the introductory call. After that you get access to the current price list.

Is there a minimum order?

No, you order flexibly, small orders too.

Why do you ask for my registration and VAT number?

Dealership is for businesses only. We use your registration number to check your company; with a valid VAT number we can invoice B2B within the EU.

How do I pay?

Prepayment at first. After approval, on invoice with 14-day payment terms.

Can you ship directly to my customer?

Yes, dropshipping is possible. We only use your customer's details for that order.

How does warranty work?

We help with warranty and service, using an RMA procedure. See part B of the terms and conditions.
