Withdrawal and returns

If you buy from Davilon as a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, starting the day after you receive your order. During this period you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

How it works

  1. Notify us of your withdrawal within the cooling-off period via the withdrawal form, via info@davilon.eu or using the model form below. You will receive a confirmation straight away.
  2. Return the product within 14 days of your notification, to the return address we send you with the confirmation.
  3. Refund: we refund you within 14 days of your notification, including the standard shipping costs, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the product or until you have shown that you have sent it back.

Conditions

  • You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Opening the packaging alone is no reason to refuse a return.
  • Use or installation beyond that (such as full installation in the car, cutting cables, changing connectors, gluing or mounting) may lead to a deduction for loss of value.
  • Bundles must be returned as a whole. A free promotional item must be returned with a full withdrawal of the main purchase.
  • If you used a discount code, we refund the amount you actually paid.

Costs

The direct costs of returning the product are at your expense.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or that are clearly personalised, nor to digital content, licences or activation codes once the statutory conditions for this have been met.

Wrong, damaged or defective?

Check your order on receipt and contact us immediately via info@davilon.eu. We will then find a solution together with you; your statutory rights always apply.
